Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
