Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimize job postings and career site content for maximum visibility.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules for technical and non-technical positions.
- Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter) to attract passive candidates and enhance employer branding.
- Update and maintain the company website and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate job details.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-converting landing pages for recruitment campaigns.
- Track recruitment metrics and SEO performance to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, on-page optimization, and technical writing.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
- Familiarity with HTML and basic web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
