Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct end-to-end technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, and IT roles using Boolean search and advanced ATS strategies.
- Optimize job postings and career pages for maximum SEO performance to increase organic visibility and candidate flow.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche technical communities.
- Manage the full interview process coordination, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO traffic data to refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and job descriptions.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for job boards and career pages.
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
