Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting phone screens and coordinating in-person interviews for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive candidates for open requisitions.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and update hiring dashboards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
