Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end tech relocation logistics for professionals moving to Colorado Springs
- Conduct virtual assessments of clients' IT infrastructure and relocation needs
- Manage documentation for visa sponsorship, housing, and school transfers
- Partner with local tech companies to identify relocation opportunities
- Provide technical pre-arrival support including remote troubleshooting
- Track relocation metrics and optimize client satisfaction processes
- Collaborate with immigration specialists for compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years in tech recruitment or relocation coordination
- Experience with US visa sponsorship processes (H1B, O1, etc.)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relocation management software
- Strong understanding of Colorado Springs tech ecosystem
- Exceptional communication and cross-cultural skills
- Certification in Global Mobility (GMS) or similar preferred
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
