Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and steps taken in the ticketing system.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques and best practices.
- Answer incoming support calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and operating systems (Windows/macOS) is preferred.
