Responsibilities
- Coordinate relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Dallas, including housing, schools, and community integration
- Build relationships with Dallas tech employers to identify open positions matching candidate profiles
- Provide market insights on Dallas's tech hubs, salary benchmarks, and growth opportunities
- Develop personalized relocation plans leveraging Dallas's unique advantages (no state income tax, major tech corridors)
- Facilitate virtual and in-person networking events connecting candidates with Dallas tech communities
- Track relocation success metrics and continuously optimize relocation strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in HR, recruitment, or tech relocation with focus on US domestic moves
- Deep knowledge of Dallas's tech landscape (Silicon Prairie, telecom, fintech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Experience with CRM systems and applicant tracking platforms
- Valid US work authorization and ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Certification in relocation management (ERC, GMS) a plus
