As a QA Specialist, you will ensure our web applications are robust, user-friendly, and bug-free. You will work closely with our development team to identify issues and provide actionable feedback.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to verify software functionality and user experience.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira or similar bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and reproduce reported bugs.
- Perform regression testing to ensure updates do not disrupt existing features.
- Participate in agile planning sessions and daily stand-ups.
- Monitor application performance and suggest improvements for user engagement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or technical support.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
