Responsibilities
- Execute technical SEO audits and keyword research to improve search rankings for the company website and job boards.
- Optimize job postings and career pages to ensure high visibility and applicant quality.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate technical assessments for candidates.
- Manage social media channels and content calendars to attract passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job descriptions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively for data management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
