Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing step-by-step solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
