Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and hybrid recruitment events with high attention to detail.
- Engage with potential candidates via chat, email, and video calls to answer inquiries and guide them through the application process.
- Manage event logistics, including registration flows, presentation materials, and attendee tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming hiring events and drive remote applications.
- Provide feedback on event performance and suggest improvements for future engagements.
- Ensure all candidate data is accurately entered into our CRM systems.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image during remote interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or event coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
