- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring seamless operations and immediate problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event themes with brand objectives and marketing goals.
- Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports, tracking expenses to ensure profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of event staff, conducting training sessions and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in event management or hospitality.
- Proven track record of successfully managing corporate events of 100+ attendees.
- Strong proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Texas and surrounding regions.
