Responsibilities
- Coordinate client relocation logistics from pre-move planning to post-move follow-up
- Conduct personalized neighborhood tours and housing orientation sessions
- Facilitate cultural integration workshops and community resource connections
- Manage documentation for relocation benefits and housing applications
- Collaborate with corporate clients to customize relocation packages
- Maintain client satisfaction metrics and relocation program analytics
- Develop Chicago-specific relocation guides and digital resources
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in relocation services, customer care, or hospitality
- Deep knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, MOVE) and CRM systems
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation for neighborhood tours
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency strongly preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Certification in Relocation Counseling (CRP) a plus
