Responsibilities
- Coordinate End-to-End Logistics: Manage the complete relocation process, including scheduling, packing, shipping, and unpacking services for corporate and private clients.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on local Austin neighborhoods, schools, and amenities.
- Vendor Management: Source and vet reputable moving companies, storage facilities, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review all necessary legal and logistical paperwork, ensuring full compliance with relocation policies and local regulations.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential logistical hurdles and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime for clients.
- Inventory Management: Conduct thorough property inspections and inventory checks to verify item condition and facilitate accurate billing.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in relocation coordination, logistics, or real estate assistance.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, service-oriented demeanor.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and mapping tools for route planning and tracking.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Austin, TX area, traffic patterns, and community resources is a strong plus.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by client schedules.
