Responsibilities
- Coordinate client relocation logistics including housing searches, school district guidance, and community resource referrals
- Develop personalized relocation plans tailored to individual client needs and budgets
- Conduct virtual and in-person property tours with prospective residents
- Facilitate smooth transitions by connecting clients with essential services (utilities, healthcare, transportation)
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with local businesses to build relocation service partnerships
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout the relocation journey
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, or relocation coordination
- Deep knowledge of Baton Rouge neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with digital tools and CRM platforms
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
