- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for clients moving to Phoenix
- Assist with housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursement processes
- Build relationships with local vendors and service providers
- Provide ongoing support to clients during transition periods
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relocation or customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metropolitan area neighborhoods
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in relocation software and CRM systems
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Certification in relocation preferred but not required
