Responsibilities
- Coordinate client relocation logistics including housing searches, school transfers, and utility setups
- Conduct personalized area orientation tours highlighting Lincoln's neighborhoods, amenities, and resources
- Facilitate document processing for moving services, lease agreements, and relocation reimbursements
- Build and maintain relationships with local service providers (real estate, movers, childcare)
- Track relocation progress through CRM systems and provide weekly status updates to clients
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing unique client needs and budget constraints
- Act as primary point of contact for relocation inquiries via phone and virtual meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, relocation coordination, or hospitality
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, MovePoint) and MS Office Suite
- Extensive knowledge of Lincoln's neighborhoods, schools, and community resources
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to convey complex information clearly
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma; associate's degree in Human Services or related field preferred
