Responsibilities
- Coordinate housing searches and neighborhood tours tailored to client preferences
- Assist with school district research and enrollment documentation
- Facilitate utility connections and service transfers
- Provide cultural orientation and local resource referrals
- Manage relocation logistics timelines and documentation
- Build partnerships with San Antonio vendors and service providers
- Track client satisfaction and relocation outcomes
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service or relocation coordination
- Deep knowledge of San Antonio neighborhoods and amenities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and scheduling tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
