- Develop personalized relocation plans with neighborhood insights and cultural orientation
- Manage vendor relationships with moving companies, storage facilities, and local service providers
- Conduct virtual and in-person property tours with detailed comparative analysis
- Provide crisis support during unexpected relocation challenges and delays
- Maintain digital client portfolios with progress tracking and milestone documentation
- Facilitate welcome events connecting newcomers to Richmond's community resources
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in relocation coordination, property services, or customer success
- Deep knowledge of Richmond neighborhoods, schools, and municipal services
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital documentation systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid Virginia driver's license with reliable transportation
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) strongly preferred
