- Maintain detailed relocation documentation and client files
- Collaborate with local businesses and community partners
- Track client satisfaction metrics and improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in relocation or customer service roles
- Deep knowledge of Toledo neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficient in Google Maps and local navigation apps
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
