- Track client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Assist with virtual home tours and neighborhood orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in relocation, real estate, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital documentation tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
