Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation logistics including housing searches, school transfers, and utility setups
- Provide personalized orientation tours highlighting Scottsdale's amenities, neighborhoods, and cultural attractions
- Assist with document processing, visa applications, and relocation paperwork
- Build and maintain relationships with local service providers and community partners
- Deliver exceptional customer service through responsive communication and problem-solving
- Track relocation progress using CRM systems and maintain detailed case files
- Conduct post-move follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relocation coordination or customer service experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep knowledge of Scottsdale neighborhoods, schools, and local resources
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across diverse cultures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Spanish language proficiency highly preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
