Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation packages including housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration
- Build and maintain relationships with Chicago-based service providers (real estate, movers, utilities)
- Conduct virtual orientation sessions covering local resources and neighborhood insights
- Manage documentation and compliance for relocation assistance programs
- Track client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with HR departments on corporate relocation policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in relocation coordination or customer service
- Deep knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods, schools, and municipal services
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, MovePro)
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean record
