Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical support for our SaaS products in multiple languages
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Contribute to improving multilingual support processes
- Participate in cross-cultural training initiatives
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, etc.)
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Valid work authorization or willingness to relocate to US
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptable to multicultural work environments
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
