- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments and team members.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Oversee office supply inventory, placing orders as needed, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common office areas.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
