Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of features.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebases to improve application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Conduct research on emerging web technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end libraries.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to commute to our Cleveland, OH office for team meetings as needed.
