Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues including OS, security, and connectivity problems
- Deploy and configure new IT equipment following company standards
- Document all technical activities in the service ticketing system
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and system maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members on IT projects and process improvements
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems and network fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools
- Valid work authorization in the US (visa sponsorship available)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
