Responsibilities
- Complete company-sponsored CompTIA A+ and AWS Cloud Practitioner training
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ employees across 3 states
- Deploy and troubleshoot Windows/macOS endpoints in hybrid work environments
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure upgrades
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic networking concepts knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware deployments
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to relocate to Mesa, AZ area
- Pass background check and drug screening
