Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware/software issues across 50+ workstations
- Manage cloud infrastructure including Azure and AWS environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for system maintenance and upgrades
- Support endpoint management and mobile device integration
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing
Qualifications
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (must meet USCIS requirements)
- 2+ years of IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow ideal)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
