Responsibilities
- Participate in 40 hours/week of hands-on technical training covering Windows OS, network protocols, and cloud services
- Master diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques for hardware/software issues
- Learn cybersecurity best practices and implement basic security protocols
- Develop customer service skills through role-playing exercises and client simulations
- Complete vendor-neutral certification preparation (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- Collaborate on team projects simulating real-world IT infrastructure scenarios
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior technicians during live support ticket resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
