Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 100+ employees across hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems, printers, and network equipment
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Assist with cloud infrastructure monitoring (Azure/O365)
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory systems
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Participate in cross-departmental tech improvement projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware/software diagnostics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship available)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
