Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Manage cloud-based services (O365, Azure) and security protocols
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in service management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices and software applications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Valid US work authorization or sponsorship eligibility
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
