Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure and software solutions to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve system outages efficiently.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Manage and optimize cloud environments, including AWS or Azure, to ensure high availability and performance.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to identify areas for improvement.
- Document technical processes and system configurations to maintain a clear knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT systems administration or software development.
- Proven track record of successfully navigating visa sponsorship processes or eligible to work without sponsorship.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
