Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT infrastructure issues with minimal downtime
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols for company systems
- Assist with cloud service management (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT solutions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and network protocols
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid work authorization (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
