Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, system access, and security protocols across cloud platforms
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via ticketing system (Jira) and remote support tools
- Document IT processes, knowledge base articles, and incident reports
- Assist with system deployments, patch management, and compliance audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk)
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work authorization (visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
