Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues including OS, security, and connectivity problems
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect company assets
- Assist with system upgrades, patch management, and IT infrastructure projects
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate IT asset records

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud services

- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
