Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues promptly.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in our ticketing system.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all technical resolutions and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve system performance and user experience.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new software and hardware for clients.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office productivity software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule.
