Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using Java/Python
- Lead Agile development cycles and conduct code reviews for engineering team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and containerization
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in AWS/GCP and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database design
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
