Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating logistics for on-site and remote hiring events.
- Greet and register attendees, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Maintain event schedules and coordinate with remote team members.
- Collect and process candidate data and feedback forms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
