Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain irrigation systems in hydroponic facilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest high-value crops (tomatoes, peppers, herbs)
- Maintain greenhouse climate controls and pest management protocols
- Perform quality control inspections and packaging of produce
- Adhere to all food safety and USDA standards
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Assist in crop rotation planning and soil management
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 1 year prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work outdoors in desert climate conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
