Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in various weather conditions.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist in the maintenance of farm equipment, irrigation systems, and general grounds upkeep.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines set by the H2A program.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor crop health and identify any potential issues requiring immediate attention.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or possess valid US work authorization.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural practices is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
