- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure food safety compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in outdoor environments.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons.
- Valid passport or eligibility to obtain H2A visa documentation.
- Basic English communication skills (preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing farm needs.
