Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, wheat) using manual techniques and machinery
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Perform crop maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, and irrigation
- Sort, pack, and prepare agricultural products for distribution
- Adhere to USDA and OSHA safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with crew supervisors to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic machinery operation experience preferred
