Job Overview
We are looking for reliable workers to assist in various stages of the agricultural process, ensuring that our high-quality produce meets industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting, sorting, and packing of agricultural products in compliance with H2A regulations.
- Operate agricultural machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Inspect products for quality and grade them according to company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the fields and packing facilities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, labor laws, and supervisor instructions at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production and quota targets.
- Load and unload trucks and equipment as required during the harvest season.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2A visa or be eligible to work legally in the United States.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency is required for following safety instructions and communicating with the crew.
- Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite in Oakland.
- Willingness to work in various outdoor weather conditions and early morning shifts.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
