Responsibilities
- Harvest Operations: Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal fruits and vegetables with precision and care.
- Packing & Quality Control: Sort, grade, and pack produce according to strict industry standards and customer requirements.
- Maintenance: Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of farm machinery, tools, and general work areas to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and H2A labor guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Field Management: Monitor crop health and assist in irrigation and pest control tasks as directed by farm supervisors.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team structure, communicating clearly to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Documentation: Must possess valid H2A visa documentation or legal work authorization for the United States.
- Experience: Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings, depending on harvest seasons.
- Equipment: Basic understanding of farm equipment and the ability to follow operational instructions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
