Responsibilities
- Harvest Operations: Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops using H2A-approved machinery.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment and vehicles.
- Quality Control: Inspect harvested produce to ensure it meets industry standards before packaging.
- Logistics: Load, unload, and transport goods to storage or distribution centers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on the job site.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or currently hold a valid work visa.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or labor-intensive roles is preferred.
