Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems with proper training
- Maintain field cleanliness and implement sustainable farming practices
- Adhere to all OSHA and USDA safety protocols daily
- Assist in crop planting, weeding, and pest management as needed
- Participate in team meetings to coordinate daily farm operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status or eligibility for H2A sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural or farm experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization documents
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
