Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for 3-5 weekly events including setup, vendor management, and guest registration
- Execute event timelines and troubleshoot real-time operational issues
- Manage inventory of event materials and equipment
- Provide exceptional on-site customer service to 100+ attendees per event
- Collaborate with marketing team on post-event analytics and reporting
- Train and supervise part-time event staff during shifts
- Maintain digital records using our event management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in event coordination or customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and event management tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Certification in CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
