Responsibilities
- Coordinate venue setup, vendor management, and client communications for 3-5 weekly events
- Execute event timelines and troubleshoot on-site logistics in real-time
- Manage event budgets and reconcile vendor invoices
- Conduct post-event analysis and client satisfaction follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional event materials
- Maintain detailed event documentation in CRM system
- Train and supervise part-time event staff during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event coordination or hospitality
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
