As a Part-Time Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring smooth operational flow.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with product selection, answering inquiries, and explaining store policies.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and operational targets.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderately weighted items for extended periods.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
